Ty Capel (chapel house) is perched on the side of a wooded valley in the tiny hamlet of Soar surrounded by mountains and only 3 miles from long sandy beaches and the Dwyryd estuary. It is a perfect place for walking, climbing, playing on the beach or simply relaxing.
Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room and a living room with a wood stove.
Upstairs there is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed and a single bed, one with two bunk beds, and the third with a double bed and wash basin.
There is a patio overlooking ancient oak woods and the bubbling stream in the valley below.
